Iyal (meaning literature or language) and Isai (meaning music) are inseparable partners. Together they form the soul of the southern rasa. The identity pays ode to the rhapsodic ardour of life in Chennai. The visuals reverberate with the poignant stillness of ancient Carnatic wisdom that wake-up the coastline to a harmonious coexistence with mudras that flicker with the vision of an ancient, golden land of the Cholas, Cheras and Pandavas. The palette vividly welcomes one to the rich bylanes of life and enlightenment through the glowing gaze of the Dravida and the Apsara as they proudly beckon one to the golden shores of Chennai.
